Adlai Paella Mixta
Discover amazing with Instant Pot:
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 4 cups Beef stock
- 2 cups adlai
- 100 grams shrimp
- 2 pcs chicken thigh fillet
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 pc rd bellpepper/green
- 6 slices chorizo ( optional )
- salt and pepper
- Season Chicken with Salt and Pepper
- Press Saute Function and add the olive oil, when it is hot - sear the chicken skin side first.
- remove the chicken and add the adlai and the stock. Place the chicken back carefully on top of the adlai.
- Press rice function.
- After the cooking time is finished, open the Instant Pot and add the shrimp and the peppers.
- you may add french beans on top to cook for your pot roast as well.
- Press rice function again, once it stops, let it keep warm for 10 mins.
