Curry Chicken Rice

    Ingredients
    
                - 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 200 grabs chicken cubed
- 3 tbsp Curry Powder
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 2 cups Rice
- 1 ½ cups Water
- ½ cup coconut milk
- salt and pepper to taste

    Instructions
    
                - In your Duo Plus, heat up vegetable oil. Fry garlic for about 30 seconds. Add chicken and curry powder. Saute for 3 minutes.
- Add washed rice, water, coconut milk, salt, and pepper then mix.
- Add frozen mixed vegetables on top.
- Stir to get everything well mixed and pressure cook for 5 minutes until rice is cooked.
- Natural release for 10mins then quick release. Remove and serve immediately.
