Instructions
- Dump frozen wontons into the Instant Pot.
- Pour enough water to cover the frozen wontons and add a chicken broth.
- Add a knob of ginger and 2 cloves of garlic.
- Seal the Instant Pot and set it to pressure cook mode for 5-7 minutes.
- Perform a quick release and carefully open the lid.
- Add washed bok choy to the pot (the remaining heat will cook the bok choy).
- Stir in sesame oil and soy sauce to taste.
- Garnish with your choice of toppings and serve hot.
